Well, now that I feel bad for being a "read-only", I suppose this is as good a time as any to chime in here and get some thoughts on a build I'm working on. I'm trying to create an autonomous system that seeks out RF sources, without going too much into detail I'll be using KrakenSDR and a Pi, talking to the flight controller via MAVlink and giving flight instructions towards the FOI to the craft that way. My two questions are: 1) Is there something already like this to anyone's knowledge? Emphasis on completely autonomous and small scale (manpackable or somewhat manpackable); 2) Is there anything obvious that I might be overlooking?
